To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, ‘drop-off’ appointments are available. A ‘drop off’ means you can drop your pet off with us in the morning to stay for a check-up while you’re at work. The doctors can examine and treat the patient in between appointments. Once the doctor is done, they will call you to review the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. All patients must be on a leash or in a carrier while in the waiting room. We see many rabbits, and they should be in a carrier as well.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, ScratchPay, Trupanion, United Pet Care, Nationwide, and CareCredit.
We do not collect or give out any information to any third-party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our website hosting company.
It’s that simple! And we strictly adhere to this policy.
St. Francis Hospital for Animals recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients, its patients, and those individuals who simply visit our site.
Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information given out about the client or the pet without the consent of the owner.
